Key Responsibilities
- Prepare and cook nutritious meals following school menus and dietary requirements
- Ensure food safety and hygiene standards are maintained at all times
- Supervise and train kitchen assistants
- Manage food stock and place orders as required
- Maintain cleanliness of kitchen equipment and work areas
Requirements
- Level 2 Food Safety & Hygiene Certificate
- Experience in large-scale catering or school kitchen environment
- Knowledge of allergen management and special dietary needs
- Enhanced DBS check
- Right to work in the UK
